I had Ultherapy Prime done today at Hermosa Medi Spa and the experience was excellent. Compared to the old Ultherapy, it was significantly less painful and the session was much faster. What I appreciate most is how she truly customizes the treatment. She carefully analyzes my facial balance, adjusts shot placement depending on where tightening or volume reduction is needed, and keeps checking with me throughout the procedure.
